The installation of the Smart Hall Conference System for the CAAN Building in Sinamangal was executed according to the Terms of Reference (TOR). This involved setting up all specified components in their designated locations, including Samsung Smart TVs, E-podiums, Video Walls, and various audio-visual equipment. Comprehensive testing was conducted to ensure the functionality and integration of all systems. The installation met all project requirements and objectives, with each component verified for optimal performance.

Key tasks included mounting Samsung Smart TVs, setting up an E-podium, and installing a Video Wall and speaker tracking camera as well as 12X Camera in the Main Meeting Hall. In the ANSSD Training Hall, two 75” Smart Boards and one 85” Smart Board were mounted, ceiling speakers and DSP for wireless mics were installed, and all devices were connected. The DDG Meeting Halls had three 75” Smart Boards mounted with HDMI cables and wireless sharing devices, while the Security Department Hall featured an 86” Smart Board with similar connections. The IT Room was equipped with a 65” Smart Board on a movable stand, along with a Micro PC and necessary accessories.

Testing confirmed the functionality and compatibility of all systems, with identified issues resolved, ensuring the project met all objectives and requirements.
